Shina Parker is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Title & Escrow Company, LLC. Her entrepreneurial spirit fueled her determination to change the image, conversation, and culture of the title industry. In 1999, she was inspired to build a first-class woman owned and operated title company designed to improve the title industry appreciation of minority businesses and their capability to do excellent work while elevating the consumer’s understanding regarding the importance of the title process from A to Z. She continues to satisfy her ultimate objective, which is to serve all clients with respect, dignity, and fairness by means of unbiased pricing and excellent service; to ultimately give clients a peace of mind at settlement.
With over thirty years’ experience in the real estate title industry, her firm specializes in settlement closings for both commercial and residential clients throughout Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia. In 2015, she expanded her real estate Commercial Division to serve her growing commercial clientele nationally. Integrity Title & Escrow Company continues to be a change agent for residential and commercial settlement closings because of their outstanding service, an innovative use of technology, and their knowledge of the latest advances in the industry. As a result, Integrity Title & Escrow Company, LLC. is now recognized as one of the leading woman-owned title companies in the State of Maryland.
Monzella Saunders Owings
Monzella Saunders-Owings is the President, attorney and part owner of Integrity Title & Escrow Company, LLC. She oversees operations in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia. With over 22 years’ experience in commercial real estate, she serves as the director of Integrity Title’s national commercial operations and is the lead counsel for the Commercial Division of Integrity Title Commercial, LLC.
Monzella has an impeccable reputation in the commercial real estate industry and is recognized for her many accomplishments with getting complicated deals done; in particular, the closing of the Water Street Towers, which was the second air rights acquisition in the history of Baltimore City and the acquisition of Exelon corporate headquarters at the Baltimore Inner Harbor. Monzella has closed a variety of commercial real estate transactions, both locally and nationally, including municipal bond-financed transactions; LIHTC transactions; FHA and FannieMae commercial loan closings; and affordable housing and new market tax credit deals. Her clients include builders, law firms, developers, hotel chains, commercial lenders, faith-based institutions, and municipal and state housing organizations. She graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a B.A. in Government and Politics in 1988 and earned her J.D. from George Washington University National Law Center in May 1992.
Kisha Powell is the Vice President of Integrity Title & Escrow Company, LLC. She oversees the day-to-day internal operations of the company. With over 25 years’ experience in the title business conducting title examination, title insurance auditing, and settlement closings. She specializes in both residential and commercial closings.
Kisha believes in education and is an eloquent and effective speaker and teacher on real estate with a focus on the title industry. She conducts numerous continuing education classes on issues pertaining to ethics, fair housing, and title insurance in Maryland. She is an expert with REO and Short Sale negotiations and preparation. Her clients include realtors, brokers, lenders, builders, developers, and investors. Kisha is a licensed Title Producer and Senior Settlement Officer. She earned her B.A. in Political Science and Pre-Law from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
Andrea Jeffrey is Manager of Integrity Title Commercial, LLC. With over 30 years’ experience in the title business and 22 years with Integrity Title & Escrow Company, Andrea is the Senior Commercial Processor. She manages the commercial processing department and is knowledgeable with the entire commercial closing process from inception through closing.
Over the years she has built a stellar reputation with our clients with her wealth of knowledge and her ability to getting the job done from contract to settlement. Her experience includes title examination, procuring all requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions. Prepare all closing and settlement documents, including escrow agreements, HUDs, and deeds. She reviews all files before, during and after closing.
